1. Pre-sales service

The company can provide the following services to the buyer and promise to assist the buyer in the confirmation test or related design study of the design parameters of the project.

1. Provide free design consultation on relevant equipment for the equipment system of the project.

2, in your design process, cooperate with the designer to give technical support to the selected unit equipment related issues.

 

2. Service in Sale

1), timely to the buyer or the relevant designers to provide the contract equipment installation drawings and other relevant technical data.

2) According to the requirements of the contract, design the equipment drawings, complete the design modification within the specified time, and carry out the detailed design of the equipment after the approval of the buyer.

3) Organize the design liaison meeting to introduce the technical source, design idea, design of the whole machine structure and main components (including structure, heat exchanger, fan and other components), training plan, outsourcing and purchased parts to the buyer in detail and completely.

4) We will respond positively to the technical modifications made by the buyer during the execution of the contract.

5) Provide the buyer with the technical documents required and deemed necessary by us.

6) Install, inspect, test and debug the equipment provided by us, and assist the buyer in the system joint adjustment of the equipment. And provide the relevant documents required by the buyer.

 

3. After-sales service

1) In accordance with the requirements of the contract, we shall provide the buyer with relevant documents for the maintenance, repair, operation and personnel training of the contract equipment.

2) Provide necessary technical training for the relevant engineering and technical personnel of the Buyer.

3) We can send experienced operators free of charge to assist the buyer in operation and management.

4) During the quality assurance period, we will replace or repair the quality of the goods provided by us for non-human factors, and we will provide replacement or repair services for the quality of the goods provided by us due to human factors or goods provided by non-us, and we will only charge the cost of materials.

5) During the service life of the equipment, we guarantee the supply of spare parts and wearing parts of the equipment.

6) Track the operation and maintenance of the equipment on a regular basis. During the warranty period, we will be responsible for the maintenance work; after the warranty period, we will provide guidance on the maintenance work, and we will conduct an investigation on the operation of the equipment once a year, and register for the record until the expiration of the equipment.

7) Filing service for customers; regular return visits to track the operation and maintenance of equipment.
